Why did you choose your industry?I didn't, it chose me. I walked into it straight out of college. I didn't even know what a mortgage was (insert smiley face)
Who are your typical clients?First-time homebuyers, homeowners, Realtors
What do you like best about being in this industry?You get to assist others in purchasing possibly the biggest financial decision they will make. Making dream come true. Help others solve financial problems
What are common problems you see?Greed, lack of knowledge, lack of empathy.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Work, save, work on great. Ask questions, learn from the professional not "Uncle Leroy" even though Uncle Leroy can grill some great ribs.
When is your busy season?Spring Summer
What keeps you up at night?Leads and not creating a 5 star experience
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Social Media, Networking, Word Of Mouth, Sphere of Influence, Referrals

What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Not Sure But I have Ideas on what I want to do
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?My specific business would be patience. This is a business where you have to hunt what you eat for the day. And some days we are just fasting.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Friends, Family, Sports - Jags, My Boston Terrier, relaxing at my pool
